How is it possible to have 300k deaths between February, 2020 and January 8, 2021 (11 months) and then 200k deaths in the last month and a half? What has changed in the last 90 days?
Here is the progression of US Deaths due to Coronavirus since it was announced in February, 2020
It took 4 months (into May 2020) for the first 100k, 4 months (Sep 2020) for the next 100k to reach 200k total, 4 more months (January 8, 2021) to reach 300k, just 10 days to reach 400k (January 18, 2021), and then another 30 days (Feb 22, 2021) to hit 500k.
